.sg Job Opportunities at RAPIDSTART Sales Executive Job Description: The Sales Executive will work with the Marketing Manager to develop new business, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate and win contracts. Key Tasks The scope and focus of activities will be clarified through six-monthly goal setting meetings with the Marketing Manager. The following specific responsibilities must be carried out: - Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about RAPIDSTART products and services.
- Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of RAPIDSTART products and services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients, in liaison with Marketing Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database for future reference.
In addition the Sales Executive will be expected to: - Participate in RAPIDSTART marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences.
- Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of RAPIDSTART products and services.
- Develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market; demand, competition and prices.

Qualifications & Experience: - 3+ years of IT Solutions License selling experience required (preferably on Microsoft Navision).
- A degree is required.
Ideally the candidate will also possess: - Knowledge of remote sensing industry practices. Knowledge & Skills.
- Good communication, customer service and writing skills.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant Job Description: - Implement the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Service.
- Assist in design, testing and implementation of modifications.
- Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training and support of the Microsoft Dynamics Navision software.
- Manage budgets to conform to proposed implementation costs.
- Manage timeline to ensure on-time implementation.
- Manage customer relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction. Interface with senior management and end users.
- Willing to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Some travel may be required.
- Salary & Benefits will commensurate with the level of skills and experience of the candidate.
Job Requirements: - Minimun 2 years experience deploying Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions.
- Should have at least done 2 full Project Implementations.
- Candidate should possess experience in Manufacturing in MS Dynamics.
- Experience with a variety of development methodologies (.NET, VB, SQL, etc).
- Experience in Visual Basic, C++, scripting languages, coupled with a strong emphasis on object-oriented design and implementation is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and administration skills are a must.
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be dedicated, ethical, honest, professional, and a true team player.
- Preferably immediate availability.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking.
- Navision Certification required.
